Consisting of 16 Diamonds set within a diamond shape which sits on the ear, leading down a Diamond set bar to a single brilliant cut Diamond, ending in a pear-shaped cluster centre set with 9 brilliant cut Diamonds surrounded by 25 further Diamonds.
